pure things I saw in Starbucks today:

• two babies wearing matching flannels and headbands w/ bows
  
• this guy came in with this girl and while she was getting her drink he tried on her fingerless gloves and then she came back and they both started laughing
• this middle aged couple skyping with someone on a tablet and both smiling rly big 
• a woman came in with a really tiny lil dog tucked into a big fluffy coat 

listen i go to starbucks too much so update on my fave things witnessed in expensive coffee heaven:

• this elderly man holding up his wife’s coat for her so she could slip her arms into the sleeves
  
• girl with a Nasa shirt writing in a notebook (Who Is She)
  
• a group of people speaking in sign language! (i wanted to see if i could recognize any of the signs but i also didn’t want to be rude and stare rip)
• a mom saying “up, up, and away!” as her toddlers ran after her 
• this girl was scrolling through tumblr on her laptop and was like “look at this” and showed her friend a video of a dog
  

but wait there’s more:

• this elderly woman was trying to sit on one of those tall stool things and I was worried she was going to fall so I offered her a seat at my table and she was so pleased. her name was Dolores. she told me I had beautiful hair and when she was leaving she said “I wish you luck in everything you do.” ily Dolores. 
• twin toddlers with matching outfits that included super rad cowgirl boots 
• this couple that was sitting near me sharing a little bottle of sparkling water and writing in notebooks (I’m pretty sure they were writing song lyrics?) anyways they kept passing the notebooks back and forth and smiling at each other it was really pure 
• towards the end of the day the windows were really fogged up and everyone was writing on them. someone drew a cup of coffee with steam coming out of it. it was so cute.
